4. Guía de configuración

- Limpieza inicial: Before first use, wash the urn body, lid, percolator tube, and filter basket with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Assemble Percolator Tube: Insert the percolator tube into the center of the urn base.

- Agregar agua: Fill the urn with cold water to the desired level, observing the internal 'MIN' and 'FULL' markings. Ensure the water level is at least 35 cups (minimum required for operation).

- Tapa segura: Place the lid on the urn and twist the handles to lock it securely in place.

5. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
5.1 Brewing Coffee / Heating Water

- Encender: Flip the On/Off switch to the 'On' position. The red 'Heating' indicator light will illuminate.
- Brewing/Heating Cycle: The appliance will begin heating the water. For coffee, water will percolate through the grounds. This process typically takes 30-40 minutes for a full 6L capacity.
- Mantener caliente: Once brewing/heating is complete, the red 'Heating' light will turn off, and the orange 'Keep Warm' light will illuminate, indicating the beverage is ready and being maintained at serving temperature.

5.2 Dispensing Beverage
- Porción individual: Place a cup under the spigot. Press the spigot lever down to dispense. Release the lever to stop.
- Flujo continuo: Lift the spigot lever upwards until it locks into place for continuous dispensing. Push the lever down to release and stop the flow.
