Turn off and unplug the diffuser before cleaning. Remove the essential oil bottle, wipe the exterior of the diffuser with a damp cloth, and ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
New diffusers may take a little time for the cotton swab to fully absorb the essential oil. Wait a few minutes, ensure there is enough essential oil in the bottle, make sure the cotton swab is properly making contact, or try selecting a higher mist setting.
Download the Sense Flow Lab app and ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is not supported). Plug in the diffuser, press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds until the white lights flash, and follow the app instructions to add your device.
