ESBE CRK210 Controller

La serie CRK210 de ESBE son actuadores combinados con controladores. La gama CRK210 ofrece un control de temperatura de caudal constante para dispositivos con función combinada de calefacción y refrigeración. La serie CRK210 está diseñada para utilizarse con válvulas de la serie VRx.

Operación

• The CRK210 is a constant temperature controller intended for applications where a constant flow temperature is desired. The controller is integrated with an actuator and is designed to be used with rotating mixing valves series VRx.
• The Series CRK210 consists of two main components: an actuator and a flow temperature sensor. The primary function of the controller is to maintain a constant set temperature at the sensor location. The series includes a T/T2 (main temperature to alternative temperature) setting, which also controls the opening direction of the actuator. This feature is intended for devices with combined heating and cooling functions set by relay. Additional equipment, such as a clock, may be needed to release the relay if the heating/cooling unit lacks an available control signal. Releasing the relay changes the actuator’s working direction to match the source unit’s mode (heating or cooling). Settings are adjusted via a joystick and displayed on a screen.

Introduction of ESBE Self-Adaptive System

The ESBE Self-Adaptive System manages PI factors (Proportional gain and Integral response) by learning system behaviors and addressing issues previously managed by installers. This system ensures smooth controller operation, eliminates issues related to delays or response times, and delivers high control standards and comfort. This makes the CRK210 Series suitable for any system setup or environment.

INSTALACIÓN

• Alimentación mediante adaptador de CA de 230 V (completo con transformador, cable y enchufe de pared).
• El sensor de temperatura de caudal incluye un cable de 1,5 m (hay un cable más largo disponible como accesorio). El sensor debe aislarse cuidadosamente de la temperatura ambiente.
• Gracias a la interfaz especial entre la serie de controladores CRK210 y las series ESBE VRG y VRH, la unidad en su conjunto tiene una estabilidad y precisión únicas al regular.

INSTALACIÓN EXAMPLE

Temperatura de impulsión constante que va al circuito de calefacción.
El CRK210 controla y asegura la temperatura de flujo establecida. El controlador está conectado al dispositivo con función combinada de calefacción y refrigeración. La conexión se realiza a través de un relé, que al soltarse cambiará la dirección de apertura del CRK210. Esta característica permite que el CRK210 ajuste el principio de funcionamiento entre el modo de trabajo de calefacción o refrigeración del dispositivo de calefacción/refrigeración.
