01 Gestión de Planta

Add New Plant

Paso 1 – Tap “New Plant” to create your own plant
Paso 2 – Scan/Enter SN according to your device label to verify your ownership
Paso 3 – Fill in the basic profile of your plant
Paso 4 – Terminado

Tip: The process takes ~2 minutes. Please prepare your device SN in advance. If the device is already owned by others, you can apply to join the plant as a member or you can appeal for your ownership.

Edit, Delete and More

The user can edit or delete the plant if he/she is the owner. Also, more actions are accessible in this page.

Para editar: Tap the “Edit” icon to modify the plant profile información.
Para eliminar: Tap the “Delete” icon to remove the plant. Additional verification will be required for plant deletion.
Más: Tap “More” to read massages, sign out or cancel account.

02 Home – Monitoring

Home – Monitoring

On the “Plant Management” page, tap any plant card to view its monitoring data.
When reopening the app, you’ll automatically return to the real-time data display on the Home page.

In the Energy Flow diagram:
Tap any component card (Solar, Load, Grid, Battery) for detailed real-time data.
Navigate between components for comprehensive system monitoring.

Intelligent Dynamics

Paso 1 – Swipe to the bottom of the Home page until you locate the Intelligent Dynamics card.
Paso 2 – Tap the toggle switch in the card’s upper-right corner and complete all required electricity price information fields.
Paso 3 – The system will activate Intelligent Dynamic mode upon successful configuration.

Note: When disabled, the system automatically reverts to default Self-Consumption mode.

03 Plant Basic Information

Tap “Plant” in the bottom menu to view the plant Information.
Switch between tabs to view Encimaview, Device and Member

The Members section enables secure site sharing with family members for collaborative monitoring.

04 Modo

Modo

Tap “Mode” in the bottom menu to switch different EMS working mode.

Intelligent Dynamic – Revenue-focused energy management optimizing charge/discharge schedules based on dynamic electricity pricing (available in select countries).
Self-Consumption – Prioritizes powering home loads first and ideal for regions with high electricity costs.
Feed-in Priority – Exports surplus energy to grid first which optimizes financial returns by selling generated electricity
Back-up – Treats energy system as emergency power supply and designed for areas with unstable grid conditions.
Off-Grid – For microgrids with no grid interconnection as self-sufficient energy island operation

05 Maintenance & Me

Mantenimiento

Tap “Maintenance” in the bottom menu to switch different maintenance features.

Mensaje - Categorized messages including System Message, Ticket Message, Interactive Message and Plant Message.
Alarma - Reports device operational issues, state changes, and timestamps of related events.
Ticket – Tracks reported issues through ticket state updates and resolution progress.
Configuración – A Bluetooth tool for near-field device configuration and setup.

Me

Tap “Me” in the bottom menu for basic profile related modification.

Account & Security – Manage and update your personal profile and security settings.
Plant Management – Modificar el profile and settings of your currently featured plant.
General - Adjust app language preferences or clear cached data.
Privacy Agreement – Review privacy policies and configure related settings.
Contáctenos – Find our contact information for after-sales support and inquiries.
