Keep the arm in a horizontal position during adjustment. Use the provided Allen key on the inside screw. Turn it counter-clockwise (+) to increase tension if the monitor falls down, or clockwise (-) to decrease tension if the monitor rises up.
Loosen the tilting bolt on the VESA head, hold the bottom of your monitor with one hand to adjust it to your desired angle, and then firmly retighten the bolt to securely lock the intended angle.
Most MOUNT PRO desk mounts offer both C-Clamp and Grommet base installations. For the C-Clamp method, secure the clamp to the edge of the desk and tighten. For the Grommet method, remove the plastic protector from an existing desk hole, run the carriage bolt through the base, and tighten the wingnut from underneath the surface.
